The place was fairly clean with a polite and courteous staff on reception desk. The marvellous location walk from a tram station was just what I needed.
The hotel needed renovation.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and perfect, as for me everything was good. The location was marvellous and unbeatable very close to a bus stop, walk from a tram station. I tried some drinks at bar Ae Oche Docks, located 5 minutes walk away. My triple room was big with bathtub. Greatly enjoyed contemporary decor, plus a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card were at a high level. Courteous, pleasant staff, was willing to help.

Generally, the place was LITTLE and had super friendly and amicable staff on reception desk. Besides, the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Piazza Ferretto.

Appreciated Mestre, the hotel was great value and quiet little close to Venezia center. The location was magnificent and perfect, right by the centre of mestre which is 30min by foot and restaurants and public transport. Besides, it was 2 km away from Ferretto Square.
Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was very very bad.
